What drives you to do youth ministry? When I see students “get it” and be authentic with
themselves, with their worship, and with their friends about their walk with Christ.
What’s your favorite thing about Peace Youth? How blessed I am to lead and be a part of
something such an amazing ministry.

If you could meet any biblical figure, besides Jesus, who would it be? Job
What drives you to do youth ministry? Youth has had a most profound impact
on my life that has permanently changed me for the better. I want to do
my best to help the youth of today see what an amazing God we have,
and to take part in the many life changing experiences that I was
blessed with in my days.
What’s your favorite thing about Peace Youth? Being able to come home from
every one of our many trips and being able to laugh over the stories
that were made. But more importantly being able to go to Downtown
Disney a few times a year so that I can get my Häagen-Dazs German
Chocolate milkshake.
I thank God for… Leading me to Peace Youth where I have had the best
times of my life. Oh, and Häagen-Dazs German chocolate milkshakes. |

If you could meet any biblical figure, besides Jesus, who would it be? Noah. We think we
undergo pressure in our daily lives. I can only imagine the pressure he felt when God
told him to build a boat and to gather up two of every animal (male and female) and
their food in advance of the Flood.
What drives you to do youth ministry? Four parents at this church were my youth
counselors when I was a high school youth in Georgia. To be able to come full circle &
be given the opportunity to be a youth counselor for their kids, & to give a little bit
back to this group as a whole what my youth counselors instilled in me – that is what
drives my passion for ministry.
What’s your favorite thing about Peace Youth? Watching the evolution of this group
over the years into a close-knit family.
I thank God for… moving my life to Orlando in 2006, and for introducing me to a
great youth group where I am giving back to what meant so much to me growing up. |

as a kid, and now I'm paying it forward. Every kid needs someone
to listen to them.

always remember us, even years later!!!

If you could meet any biblical figure, besides Jesus, who would it be? I would want to meet
either Moses or Mary Magdalene. Moses for having seen God and doing all that he
did to free His people. Mary Magdalene for having sinned so greatly, yet being saved
and forgiven by Jesus and then following and serving Him.
What drives you to do youth ministry? I relate easily with them and I want to be able to help
lead them to God and change their lives.

I thank God for… showing me this path and giving me the chance to do something so
rewarding and not just changing other’s lives, but having my life changed too.
